What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is guidance through the personal, inner growth process that results in a higher quality of life. With Coaching, you are asked probing questions that inspire you to think in new ways, offered insights and feedback on new perspectives, given support in taking on new challenges and growth and shown a vision of your highest and best potential. How does DNA’s Intuitive coaching work?
Intuitive coaches use Universal energy from a higher vibrational Source. This energy can provide information about different aspects of the client’s life (past, present and future). A DNA Intuitive coach offers the added ingredient of emotional intelligence (healing & empathy).

All present and future outcomes are reflected in high and low probabilities, which means that most can be changed. The DNA Intuitive coach can work alongside you, assisting you to co-create your ultimate life. Who are DNA’s Coaches?

Makeda Bernard – Intuitive Coach (Founder)
Makeda is based in Northampton and has a background in Business Entrepreneurship. She is also qualified in Sales, Marketing and customer relations.

Along with coaching, Makeda is passionate about empowering and giving confidence to young people and adults. She works with, and alongside of, several volunteer organisations all over the UK, setting up youth and young adult’s projects and events.

Roger Millar – Spiritual Wealth Coach (Associate)
Roger is based in London, has a degree in Civil Engineering and a background of over 11 years in the industry, working for various organisations as a consultant. Roger has also provided mentoring for young boys.

Roger is a qualified Life Coach, NLP Practioner, CBT therapist and Reiki II healer. He has leveraged his personal experiences of mental health illness to create a desire to understand the human mind, body and spirit and how we connect to each other and the universe. Adding this additional knowledge and experience to the teaching and training he has acquired, makes Roger a unique coach in his field.

Is a phone reading as accurate as a face to face reading?
With Intuitive readings, there are no boundaries such as time zones or countries. As I have a mixture of gifts, I do not need to be sitting across from you to give you an accurate and detailed energy reading. The entire Universe is inter-connected and I have learned to pick up on individual vibrations and tune in to the energy which is emitted. I will tap into this energy, pick up a feeling, see a vision or hear words to help me guide you in the direction that is most beneficial for you.

What are the benefits of having a reading?
The main benefit is that you learn if you are on the right path or if you need to make some minor or major changes. You will know if there are any stumbling blocks on your path. Common sense tells you that if you know what is in store for the future, you can be better prepared to handle it. There is also an increased feeling of self-esteem, well-being and peacefulness on your life's path. Many people tell us that after a reading that they feel safe, relaxed and a lot less worried.

What is the duration of each session?
The duration of each session depends upon your needs and what type of session(s) you have booked. Generally, sessions range from 45 minutes to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Times are flexible and may vary. Even though we have set times for our coaching programs, our main objective is to get you to where you need to be, in the most effective way possible.

I am from a religious background. Does DNA’s Coaching conflict with my beliefs?
We communicate with God, Universal energy and pure higher vibration energy. Clients we work with have been devoted Christians; others have been agnostics, or belonged to the Judaic, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, or other faiths. There is only one God, sometimes called by different names by various religions and people. Any differences are due to inaccurate interpretations by various religions and people involved, and not due to God. Our own work embraces God, our Ancestors, Guardians, spirit guides and angel guides. Ultimately, I feel that you must ask your own heart and spirit which methods or practitioners to work with.

I have/or have suffered with mental health illness. Am I able to come and see you?
You are welcome to visit with us. I recommend that we have a brief talk about your expectations. The mind alone is a powerful instrument. No one but God fully understands the complexities between body and mind so, at times, we may well struggle to understand. Mind over matter is a powerful process. If we practice vigilance and work towards enhancing your skills to hear and listen, as well as reading between the lines, we can work towards a healthy mind that very few will have the opportunity to deceive.

How would I go about booking a coaching session?

1)Contact DNA by phone or email to express your interest. It would also help us if you specify which times are convenient for you to be contacted.

2)We will have a 20 to 30 minute conversation regarding what you hope to change through the coaching process. This will vary depending upon the clients goals.

3)There will be a brief questionnaire to complete and return to us. This can be completed electronically or, if you prefer, a hard copy can be sent to you.

4)Once I have received your questionnaire and payment has been received, I will do an In-tune analysis. An In-tune analysis involves deep listening to both what is said and unsaid. My inner voice communicates with yours and with what is in your heart. I do this by reading your energy vibrations and by communicating with your Guardians and Guides, making sure you being true about yourself. This will allow our sessions to be more effective and beneficial for you and your progression.

5)DNA will call all clients who are based in the U.K for Coaching session. Anyone outside the UK will be expected to call the DNA Coach.

6)At the completion of the coaching contract, the client will review their progress with the coach and then decide if they wish to:
